Tuotempo HealthCare Integration framework
A scalable, ETL-style integration framework connecting a healthcare CRM with 200+ hospital, ERP, QMS and insurance systems.
TuoTempo provides a proprietary CRM and digital platform for healthcare organisations. While employed at TuoTempo, the work contributed to the development of a proprietary CRM and digital platform for healthcare organisations.
A dedicated integration framework inspired by ETL principles was designed and developed, becoming the backbone for data exchange between the TuoTempo CRM and multiple external systems.
TicketSms – Event ticketing & booking platform
Building & evolving backend services and integrations for a high-traffic digital ticketing platform.
TicketSms is a digital platform for managing event ticketing and bookings, from online sales to access control at venues.
The core of the business depends on a backend that can handle peaks of traffic, multiple integration points and a continuous flow of new product requirements from organisers and partners. While employed at TicketSms, the work contributed to the evolution of a digital platform for event ticketing and bookings, covering the full lifecycle from online sales to on-site access control.
The focus was on strengthening backend services supporting the booking experience, improving integrations with external systems, and contributing to process and technology decisions to ensure scalability, reliability and long-term sustainability.
CRSL – ISO 9001 certification workflow Progressive Web App
A progressive web app that digitises ISO 9001 certification workflows for a certification provider
The goal of this project was to design and develop a dedicated product to help an ISO 9001 certification provider manage the entire certification workflow in a structured and fully digital way. Instead of coordinating audits, nonconformities, corrective actions and documentation through emails and spreadsheets, the platform centralises all activities within a single Progressive Web App. Each certification project can be followed step by step, with actions, deadlines and responsibilities clearly defined and traceable, while evidence and documents are securely stored and easily accessible during audits and periodic reviews.
Schema31 – Public sector digital platforms & SOA architectures
Designing and leading complex, service-oriented solutions for public administration and training ecosystems
While employed at Schema31, the role covered senior technical and leadership responsibilities across a portfolio of digital platforms for public and institutional clients.
The work included the design and development of end-to-end CRM systems for managing relationships with citizens, companies and training providers; authentication and digital credential management platforms; accreditation systems for training entities and educational services; monitoring solutions for public projects and institutional activities; and electronic invoicing software integrated into institutional workflows.
The role combined hands-on development with coordination responsibilities, technical architecture design and product-level direction.
